STUDIO SPACE
North Star Studios Features a large 24 ft. W X 23 ft. L X 20 ft. H studio with a white CYC wall, and a relaxed client lounge with available video routing for guests to see what is being shot.
Our studio space is great for photography sessions, tabletop photo & video, panel discussions, interviews, music videos, and live streaming.
The studio has a warm, comfortable atmosphere with a SONOS sound system, plenty of seating, and amenities for clients like our complimentary snack bar & espresso machine. And if you're looking for a larger get-together or production, more space is available upstairs as an add-on.
For rentals over 5 hours, we will re-paint the studio's floor free of charge for the cleanest studio look. If you're renting for under 5 hours, we're more than happy to offer this service as one of our add-ons (more information below).

Hourly Rate
$130 PER HOUR
Our hourly rate allows you to customize your rental duration.
This rate does not include re-painting the studio floor, but this can be added on for an additional $150.

$650 FLAT
Our half-day rate gives you access to the studio for 5 hours and includes a re-painting of the studio, free of charge.

Full Day Rate
$850 FLAT
Our full-day rate gives you access to the studio for 8 hours and includes a re-painting of the studio, free of charge.
